Fall in all it's glory
Here it is in October and all its glory.
This wonderful season, where it's cool at night and early morning, yet often toasty warm in the day.
The leaves are mostly finished changing from green to red, to yellow, to some trees already losing their leaves, which means my front yard is covered with a blanket of leaves, ready to be raked.
Although this is the time of year I love the most, the last three weeks of life have thrown a few obstacles in the way.Situations involving elderly parents health and living situation, and a dear friend, non smoker being diagnosed with aggressive bladder cancer.
We are soon at one year where my husband unexpectedly lost his job of 25 years, and the job search continues. We filled up much of this year with home renovations,
which began two years ago when we bought the home.
So enjoyed the change of seasons and next week, the time change which brings earlier darkness, that wonderful bright light in the mornings.
